Health & Well-being Club | 25+

Our older People’s, health and wellbeing club has over 100 registered users, of which 45 regularly attend the 2 weekly sessions. There are a range of have activities for everyone to enjoy such as:

  • Gardening,
  • Games,
  • Flower arranging,
  • The weekly exercise sessions support movement.
  • Muscle and joint aches and pains,
  • A healthy tasty and nutritious lunch suitable for those with health conditions
  • Regular outings to the cinema, theatre, restaurants and even the seaside.
